The ideal candidate will need:

• 1-2 years of telemarketing and sales experience
• Experience in high call volume telephone sales
• Ability to work independently and assist our Outside Sales force
• Call on commercial accounts to build interest in all of our products
• Set appointments for the Outside Sales force
• Great attendance record and strong work ethics
• Prospecting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good follow up skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid e-mail fluency
• Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission and bonuses.
