El Clasificado Sets December 8 Las Posadas Navideñas Guide Date

Celebrated in Mexico and Central America, Las Posadas is a religious festival from December 16-24. Reenacting the pilgrimage of Joseph and Mary from inn to inn, and eventually, the stable where the Christ was born, children, adults, and musicians gather to celebrate the story, often including potlucks, pinatas, and their love for each other.

This tradition has been celebrated on Olvera Street in Los Angeles since 1930, but was cancelled in 2020 due to Covid. Fortunately, for Angelinos, the procession is set to return in 2021 with proud sponsors including El Clasificado where the multimedia company will share their Las Posadas Navideñas Guide with the community where are all welcome enjoy the festivities.

As a special edition, the Las Posadas Navideñas Guide will feature information about the history of the festival, nearby celebrations and activities for all to enjoy, as well as recipes and coupons provided by General Mills to help families celebrate the time-honored tradition.

Additionally, Las Posadas Navideñas will be distributed throughout Los Angeles County in print starting on December 8^th, with digital copies being made available to the general public at the same time and which can be found at El Clasificado’s Articulos site, which hosts the company’s Spanish language eBooks and special supplements.
