Su Socio de Negocios Expo Closed its 2012 Expo series with Finance Expert Julie Stav

Close to 300 Hispanic Entrepreneurs gathered at the latest event of the year, which took place at the Monterey Hill restaurant in Monterey Park.

Su Socio de Negocios free training series provides small business owners with industry insights from experts. This past week, the financial expert, Julie Stav, shared a presentation entitled “Three Key Steps to Enrich your Business and Personal Life.” Stav motivated and inspired the Hispanic small business audience with an informative and educational speech about her sacrifices and life experiences.

Along with Julie Stav, there was a stellar panel discussing “Business Strategies During Difficult Times”. The panel consisted of Hispanic business owners and influential individuals such as Martha de la Torre, Founder and CEO of El Clasificado, Efraín Ferrer, Founder of Strong Tie Insurance, Avelina Rodriguez General Manager of Wildwood Surgical Center and Founder of Vida Health Clinic, Neil Dare.

The panel shared their advice aiming to inspire Hispanic entrepreneurs with what is new and essential for their business.

In addition, Su Socio de Negocios presented the first annual Business Awards that included “Best Business Promotion” which was awarded to Elias Zepeda of First Class Marketing Group, Roxy of Roxy’s Bridal was recognized with “Best Use of Social Media” and Ralph Olguin, owner of RMD Group marketing company, was awarded “Best Use of Technology”.

Attendees were able to enjoy complimentary food and drinks as well as participate in a raffle to win an iPad and a $1,000 digital package for the promotion of their business through El Clasificado.
