More than 1,500 people visited the Hilton Hotel in Universal City to enjoy the first of a series of expos.
Universal City, CA. March 5, 2017. The majestic Hilton Hotel in Universal City hosted the first Quinceanera.com Expo of the year, kicking off its series of events in Southern California dedicated to Latina teenagers and their families.
More than 1,500 people filled the venue where they had the opportunity to visit exhibitor booths offering the latest products and services for quinceañera celebrations.
“It is our first time attending this expo, and it is better than I expected. I found several vendors for my daughter’s party. We enjoyed the contests and fashion show, and we were the winners of a cake valued at 500 dollars,” said Olga Reyes, who attended with her daughter who will soon be celebrating her quinceañera.
The prizes that were awarded throughout the event were one of the key factors for the success of the expo. The food company Goya, for example, raffled baskets filled with its products, and the newly launched makeup line Reina Rebelde gave away 3 makeup sets valued at 300 dollars each. But attendees weren’t the only winners, participating companies benefited from the Quinceanera.com Expo as well.
“The expectations we had of the event were exceeded. Everything came out perfect. I thank them for their attention and hard work,” said a representative of Alan Couture.
Speaking of which, it was Alan Couture’s models and those of Moda 2000 who were in charge of presenting the Fashion Show where the hottest quinceañera dresses of the season were showcased. It was certainly the highlight of the event, which was enlivened by the friendly and dynamic Kimmie Marquez and Karla Cervantes.
Everything is ready to take the party to the next level. We look forward to seeing you in Bakersfield on Sunday, April 30.
