On Jan. 21, 2021, EC Hispanic Media and its counterpart Su Socio De Negocios will host Reconstruya Su Negocio 2021 – a completely free, virtual, Spanish event for Latino-owned small business owners to gain resources, assistance, and networking opportunities.
America’s small business owners are constantly striving to compete with massive corporations with a seemingly endless amount of capital – and it’s not easy. In fact, during the last 10 years, the number of small business owners is the U.S. have only grown 1%. However, Latino small business owners have grown 34% over the same time period and continue to make impressive strides.
Taking place virtually on Jan. 21, 2021 from 10 AM – 1 PM, Reconstruya Su Negocio 2021 aims to provide a variety of important business-related information to Spanish-speaking small business owners and their colleagues.
Virtual event details:
In its current state, Reconstruya will host a variety of Spanish speakers from several organizations across Los Angeles and the State of California. Topics include:
- Rebuilding your Business after COVID19 – Kenny Salas, Camino Financial
- Digital Tools to Boost your Online Business – Frank Zepeda & Giancarlo Bresani, EC Hispanic Media
- Business and Marketing Strategies for Small Businesses in 2021 – Ivy Arias, Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC)
- Digital Tools to Boost Online Business – Israel Serna, Digital Marketing Expert
Su Socio De Negocios Supervisor Sarah Brashear explained the rationale for the event by saying, “It is without a doubt that Latino small business owners have always gotten by with a fraction of the resources their peers may receive – but they shouldn’t have to. We hope Reconstruya Su Negocio 2021 begins to bridge that gap so these entrepreneurs not only get the help they need, but deserve.”
In the meantime, Su Socio De Negocios produces a huge variety of information for Spanish speaking businesspeople both on their website and bi-weekly digital magazine. Check out previous issues to learn about Latino business success stories, technology for small businesses, important financial information, and various other resources.
