El Clasificado Named One of 2013 Top 500 Hispanic Businesses

The multi-platform media company places 211 in this year’s results

For the tenth consecutive year, El Clasificado has earned a spot among the top 500 Hispanic companies in the US, according to Hispanic Business Magazine.

Moving up in placement again, El Clasificado was positioned at 211 with over $20 million in revenue for 2012 when the rankings were officially released in June 2013.

The list compiled annually by Hispanic Business magazine ranks the top Hispanic-owned and operated companies by annual revenue.

“This marks the 10th consecutive year we’ve been recognized by and it is quite an honor for us. We had a remarkable year and we are proud of our growth,” said Martha de la Torre, co-founder and CEO of El Clasificado. “All of our continuous efforts towards building a successful business and consequently providing jobs and growing the economy are the result of our entire team”.

To be included in the Hispanic Business 500 list, a company must have at least 51 percent ownership by a U.S. Hispanic citizen and must be headquartered in the United States.
