November 4, Los Angeles, CA The Latin cuisine is one of the most recognized in the world and to celebrate it, El Clasificado has created a series of digital free eBooks under the name “A Pedir De Boca” which include the best and most popular recipes of the festive season with plenty of Latin flavor.

The first ‘ebook’ is focused on Thanksgiving and is already conquering palates on the internet. You can download over 10 dishes completely free, ranging from sweet potato puree with pineapple, green tamales, turkey seasoned with chiles and tequila to the dishes prepared by the renowned Latino chefs of the moment.

Here, chef Pati Jinich, host of the program “Pati’s Mexican Table” for PBS, presents her recipe for pumpkin flan with chocolate base; Richard Sandoval, renowned Mexican chef, has prepared his recipe of turkey breast with dried plum Mole; and popular Vicente del Rio, chef and owner of the restaurants “FRIDA” in Los Angeles and the spokesperson of Las Palmas Mexican sauces, has shared his popular red pozole recipe.

“I’m very proud to participate in this project because there is nothing like cooking to unite the Latino families, especially during this holiday season,” says chef Del Rio. “I also love the idea of a digital cookbook like this, easily downloadable, with delicious and easy to prepare recipes, so that food lovers can enjoy the tradition to its fullest.”

This free eBook complements the editorial efforts initiated by El Clasificado 26 years ago. This entire time, the recipe section has been and continues to be one of the most read by the million and a half of the publication’s readers. “Cooking is a value that we must promote, for health reasons and to keep the Hispanic traditions alive. Therefore, we have decided to launch this digital ebook for all our internet followers,” said Alicia Garcia Angela, Director of Content and Communications for El Clasificado.

The next two ebooks,”A Pedir De Boca”, are ready and will consist of a special edition for Christmas, plus a special dessert edition for Día de Reyes.
