The renowned host and motivational speaker filled the room at the Quiet Cannon in Montebello, as part of the Su Socio de Negocios Expo presented by El Clasificado.
Marco Antonio Regil requested to have an hour and a half talk since he knew he was capable of holding the audience’s attention and keeping it motivated. And surely, he succeeded. Not only did he fill the room at the Quiet Cannon in Montebello, but he also made his audience laugh with his talk on how to have a better attitude in life to succeed in business.
“To succeed we need to take action and to take action mindset is needed,” said Regil, popular television presenter and motivational speaker, a man who has built his career between Mexico and the United States.
“Secrets, ways of thinking: that’s what my talk has been about. The solution is in us,” he said. “Immigrants who came to the United States have already done all this by risking coming here without any warranty, and this is precisely what entrepreneurs need to do.”
The presence of Regil helped the large crowds and the different companies offering their services to the Hispanic entrepreneurs and those who want to start a business. People like Fernando Borja, founder of Vermont Slauson Economic Development Corporation, specializing in consulting for small businesses.
“These kinds of events are really good,” he said with a smile. “We haven’t stopped working in nearly four hours. People come to us and tell us that they do not know anything about business and ask us for help. It’s very interesting.”
As for those attending the talk by Regil, most of them left happy after the one hour and a half presentation. “I think one can always learn from other people,” said Manuel Salgado, who has a marketing business online. “I like the motivation that Regil injects because he is a very successful person.”
Meanwhile, Ana Garcia mentioned to be delighted with the presence of the famous presenter. Garcia is an independent worker who did not hesitate to attend the event when she knew that besides being able to talk about her business with other people, she would have the chance to meet Regil. “I got a lot of information, but what I liked the most was to see and hear Marco Antonio Regil. He is a person who transmits a lot of energy and desire to succeed. I thank Su Socio de Negocios for bringing guests like him.”
The Su Socio de Negocios Expo was presented by El Clasificado and EC Hispanic Media on April 22, at the Quiet Cannon, Montebello, California. To the Expo, about 800 people attended and over 30 exhibitors and sponsors such as New York Life, Forest Lawn, Ford and Small Business Development Center (SBDC).
