Ismael Cala motivates hundreds of Latino entrepreneurs in California

The CNN en Español and CNN Latino presenter succesfully closed the auspicious Su Socio de Negocios Expo in the city of Commerce.

Los Angeles, CA, October 30, 2013-This past Wednesday October 23rd, over 400 attendees gathered at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in the City of Commerce, California to benefit from the last Su Socio de Negocios Expo of 2013. At the expo, renowned host for CNN Latino and motivational speaker, Ismael Cala , shared strategies and advice on how to successfully open a business and how to make an established company grow even more.

“It is my pleasure to be able to learn and share what I know based on the reality of so many Latino entrepreneurs who are looking into setting up their own business and make it grow. I believe this is the challenge of our generations, making our business grow,” said Cala, who discussed the main topic of the event “The Power of the Latino Entrepreneur”.

The place was at its top capacity. Attendees gathered at time to take advantage and network with other entrepreneurs. The sponsors and the exhibitors were busy asking everyone’s questions. Aracely Campa, from DGS said the following: “We come representing the state of California. This is the second year we are part of the expo. We offer state contracts for small business and so far we have had great results. It always helps to know someone in the business, hence the importance of networking”.

Google’s representative, Alejandra Duque, was in attendance to speak about business technology. “Everyone was being interactive, the Latino community is passionate when it comes to products and events like this one, we try to be involved as much as possible”, said the expert.

The last Su Socio de Negocios Expo of 2013 was a huge success where not only the attendees learn new things, but the exhibitors benefited as well from the interests on their products and services. “This is the first time I attend an event like this. I found out through El Clasificado since they promote my business and I came to learn how to increase my business’ growth through the internet”, said Roy Ramirez, owner of Master Mobile Services.

Co-founder and CEO of El Clasificado, Martha de la Torre, was ecstatic to see the high volume of attendance to listen to Cala’s speech which she described as “fill with vitality and positive energy in the right direction to make one’s business successful. We believe in the importance of leadership and its constant evolution, something that has been key for our own company’s success”.

Moreover, the event had the presence of influential Latino figures such as the Consul for Social Communication of Mexico, Sergio Iván Juárez, who expressed his excitement about Ismael’s superb presentation. “It is impressive to see the power of attention Cala has towards people. I like the stage dynamic, in which people were able to go on stage and ask questions,” said the Consul who congratulated El Clasificado for presenting the expo.
